Out promoting her latest endeavor, Drew Barrymore took a step back in time on the arrivals carpet at the New York City premiere of “Grey Gardens” on Tuesday night (April 14).

Joined by co-stars Jessica Lange and Jeanne Tripplehorn, as well as on/off beau Justin Long, the former “ET” star was decked out in her finest garb as she playfully posed for photographers on hand at the Ziegfeld Theater.

As for the show, “Grey Gardens” is a brand new HBO presentation premiering this Saturday night (April 18).

A synopsis via IMDB tells: “Based on the life stories of the eccentric aunt and first cousin of Jackie Onassis (both named Edith Bouvier Beale aka “Big and Little Edie”) raised as Park Avenue débutantes but who withdrew from New York society, taking shelter at their Long Island summer home, Grey Gardens. As their wealth and contact with the outside world dwindled, so did their grasp on reality. They were reintroduced to the world when international tabloids learned of a health department raid on their home, and Jackie swooped in to save her relatives.”
